Proper care will lengthen the life of your bra.
- A bra should be washed after each time it is worn to remove body oils, perfume, deodorant, and lotions. All of these things will break down the fabric and shorten the life of your bra.
- Always follow manufacturer's instructions.
- When possible, hand wash your garments with a mild detergent and hang dry. Otherwise, use a mesh lingerie bag. NEVER put a bra in the dryer.
- Fasten the hooks of the bra, fold it in half, and place it in the bag with your other lingerie.
- Place the bag in the washer using a mild detergent such as Forever New, Eucalan, Dreft, or Ivory Snow. In Store, we carry Forever New in liquid and powder, and Eucalan liquid in different scents.
- Always use the gentle cycle on your machine. Never use bleach or fabric softener.
- After the wash cycle, hang or lay flat your intimate apparel to dry. The extreme heat of the dryer will deteriorate the fabric and the wires of foundation garments.
